With Connect Worlds, I, Silvia Platzer, bring together worlds, perspectives and people, so that collaboration happens with more ease, efficiency and flow. I do this through a systemic approach, by making the invisible visible and above all, discussable in an open dialogue. The undercurrent of patterns and unspoken expectations often plays a greater role in collaboration than is initially apparent.

Intercultural and multidisciplinary collaboration
Effective and smooth collaboration is not a given, especially when there is a great diversity among team members. In multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, differences in perspectives often lead to miscommunication, misunderstandings and untapped talent. I strongly believe that the wealth of perspectives is actually a goldmine. Together, we see and know so much more, and we have more wisdom and potential at our disposal to truly make an impact, if we learn to bring perspectives together.

About Silvia
Connective. Proficient. Versatile.
I am Silvia Platzer - born in Germany to Austrian parents, raised in the Netherlands, at home in the world. My Austrian heritage is the foundation, but my bi-cultural upbringing and my experiences living in a multicultural context in Brussels for 24 years have made me a true world citizen. My background spans from science to the performing arts, before finding my passion in personal and organisational development. My roots are diverse - from science to music and physical theatre to HR and consulting. But my heart has always been in guiding human processes, both individually and collectively. After years of experience in international organizations, I now work as an independent group facilitator, trainer and systemic coach, where my worlds and expertise come together.
